I think there are no custom clearances in EU and also the warranty should be same for EU citizens doesnt metter in which EU country u buy the product, so just the postage.

jack0: I'll give you an idea - go to your preferred local camera store and tell them you can buy cheaper from pentax.sk, but if they match the price, you'll buy from them instead. No problems with warranty and you'll support local economy. It may not work but it's worth to try...

Just do it and they told me buy from theme i don't take care of it. Unfortunately in Italy there are more taxes than people

Is for this that I'm trying to buy in EU.
For the warranty my question is where is their center because somebody have the center in Italy, other in France and other in Germany. Depends from the agreement.

They are located in Slovakia and their sales terms mention Slovak consumer protection law as law applicable for the relations between consumer and seller. If those provision are not applicable then Slovak commerce and/or civil law applies.
That means the warranty period is 24 months and if there is an issue with the product covered under warranty you have to send the product back with all documents and description of the problem. They recommend to contact them before you send the goods back to discuss next steps. Also, there is a rule in sales terms that in some cases (eg. your have ordered expensive product) they might ask you to come to their premises to check the product by yourself. If you do not agree with that they might cancel the order.
