I dont really get what u want, u r asking about their reliability or fact of better prices of Pentax products than other sellers?

I didnt buy anything yet (it is new site of Pentax official dealer in Slovakia - EXAPRO Slovakia) from them but couple of users here on our board already registered and I think also bought some lenses. I wouldnt be afraid to buy anything I just dont know postage and shipping company they use to other countries.

yes i would like to know their reliability and would like to know why they have never gived me any answer to my emails where i ask about the shipping service in other countries and payment method (on the site there is the logo of paypal but there isn't the option when i try to pay).

Why they dont answer to you, u have to ask them:) I dont know, maybe they are shipping only to Slovakia and Czech Republic or maybe to other EU countries..to worldwide probably not. The site and eshop is brand new so maybe they dont have everything working on 100% yet (english support etc.). But I think they are reliable, try to contact them again and wait, I dont think that anyone from EXAPRO/pentax.sk is user here on this board, there are just "customers" (pentax fans) and from Slovakia/Czech only.

In general if e-shop decide to sell to foreign customers then the seller has to accept and follow EU and international law rules related to consumer protection of the customer not to mention to follow various VAT and other sale tax rules and provide appropriate after-sale support. In some cases it means the seller become subject of legal provisions of foreign law applicable in the place of residence of the customer. That is a big burden for the seller.
Anyway, for the moment it seems this e-shop will target only Slovak, Czech, Polish and Hungarian market and even for those selected markets selling is (probably) not fully working (at least the possibility to buy from abroad is not specified in terms&conditions).

Why do you see that Pentax buying from Slovakia is a good idea?

if i try to buy something there is this "Balné a prepravné kuriérom do IT, GB 24.00 €" and if google translate is right it say that the shipping cost in Italy and in UK are of 24 euro.
and so yes they sell out of sk ecc.
my question now is all about the after sale support and the warranty.
